Using your unique brand to amplify your message with millennials and gen z.
Successful branding and engagement strategies stem from a strong understanding of your brand: why you do what you do, the values that drive your work. This is especially true when you’re hoping to engage ad-averse and skeptical youth. We’ll help you build a brand language that is uniquely yours – one that will connect you with the youth audience you’re hoping to not only convert but turn into loyal advocates.
With Intent has got you covered. Discover how your brand can attract a youth audience, learn about best practices for millennial and gen z communication strategies and convert the youth market you’ve been working so hard to connect with.
We offer three tiers of Youth Engagement coaching and strategy.
1. Youth Engagement private seminar + Audit of current brand effectiveness
Duration: 4 weeks | Cost: $24,000
Youth Engagement private seminar
Tapping into a young audience can’t happen without a deep understanding of who they are and what they care about. We offer a private seminar during which your team can uncover the secrets on engaging the youth market, all the most recent communication trends, opportunities and industry standards.
Audit of current brand effectiveness
Before we can start thinking about engaging millennials and gen z, we need to understand the current perceptions of your brand. How will young consumers feel about and engage with your brand? We conduct a complete brand audit. This includes an extensive exploration of all of your touchpoints: web hub, social media, marketing messaging, and partnerships. This will also include an audit of internal messaging and employee perceptions of your brand.
This data gives us a complete view of how effective your current brand is with the youth market and provides us with key information for strategy building.
You are provided with a brand audit brief – a complete breakdown of how the youth market perceives your company. This brief also outlines key strategy directions that your company can start tackling in order to build a bridge towards engaging millennials and gen z.
2. Brand discovery and Youth Engagement strategy
Duration: 4-6 weeks | Cost:$36,000
Uncover and establish what your brand’s unique opportunities for engaging youth. Outline the values that will connect you with the youth market. Use your brand to define an effective and cohesive youth engagement strategy.
Brand discovery workshop & Brand brief
This is an in-depth workshop between our team and your key-decision makers. Before we can engage the youth, we need to outline what you bring to the table. During this phase of work we outline your brand as it pertains to the youth market. This work allows us to narrow down your focus and uncover the brand compass which will drive the youth communication strategy moving forward.
Based on the workshop, you are presented with a brand brief that outlines your unique differentiators for the youth market. This phase is key to establishing an engagement strategy that is compelling, consistent and easily implemented by your team.
Youth Engagement strategy
We’ve outlined your focused, impactful brand. Now we can use it to connect with a broader audience. Based on company goals, we develop an outward-facing communication strategy and timeline for youth engagement.
We provide coaching services to ensure that your team is supported throughout the process.
3. Youth Engagement campaign
Now that you have a strong brand essence and a deep understanding of how to engage youth, we can create and execute a campaign or advise your current agency according to strategy. The length and cost of the this package will depend on the scope of the project.
Your goals matter to us, throughout. We’re there as you meet your goals, and beyond, tracking results and iterating where and when necessary.
We are also available to execute on outputs: these could include social media outreach and expansion of market, content development plans, digital marketing, etc.
